To be eligible:
Item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Item must be returned with the invoice / proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

After we approve your return request, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.
3. Inspection & Refund
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.
If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days.
Refund will be made via the original payment method. (Or, if you prefer, we may offer store credit.)
4. Exchanges
If you want an exchange (size, color), mention this when you request the return.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
If canceled in time, a full refund will be issued.
If the order has already shipped, a return must be done after delivery for refund/exchange.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Items that are damaged due to misuse, or show signs of being worn / washed may not be accepted.
